Whether your loved ones need respite after surgery or aid with activities of daily living, we provide the comfort and peace of mind that you or your loved ones need to remain happy and healthy while living in your homes. We conduct a training program for home nurses to equip them with the skills to care for the elderly patients. We currently recruit girls from community colleges in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. These girls on completion of 1 year Diploma in Nursing assistance training are placed in our institution. They are first provided in-house and in-depth training by professionals at the AEC Home and then placed in patients' homes.

We provide nurses who will attend to the patient 24 hours in the home setting. The home nurse will primarily assist the patient with their activities of daily living, such as feeding, grooming, bathing etc. The nurses are trained in geriatric care at our facility where they attend to the aged, infirm patients and where values such as accountability and commitment have been inculcated.

I had come in contact with Advantage Elder Care earlier, when they had provided excellent care for two close relatives of ours. Not only did I find their staff adequately trained, the ethos of the place exuded care and respect.

My elderly parents preferred to stay alone as long as they could. Our family decided to bring my parents to stay with us in Bangalore in July 2013, after my father fell and injured his spine. Usha, the present nurse we have from Advantage, has been with us almost a year now, and we could not be happier with her service. My father passed away in May at the age of 86. Usha takes very good care of my mother, who is diabetic and has Alzheimer's disease.
