Advantage Community College was established in 2010 to provide vocational training for underprivileged girls and boys especially from a rural background so that they can complete a diploma in health assistance course. They are trained as health assistants and receive practical and clinical training at our Yelahanka and Kothanur facilities. They are then employed in various hospitals and nursing homes to provide care to sick patients.

This provides them an excellent opportunity for gainful employment and they are able to earn a good salary to provide for themselves and their families. The rural boys and girls are given free food and accommodation facility as well as free basic medical care while they undergo their training at the college and complete care is taken to ensure their safety, security and good health. They are also encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities such as sports, entertainment programs, and competitions.
