Our nursing team is headed by a senior nursing superintendent, with 30 plus years of experience in a reputed hospital. We have staff in-charge nurses to oversee the bedside attendants, and a 1:1 ratio of bedside attendants to patients. This allows us to take care of the residents in a most personalized way. We also provide the services of physiotherapists. Our care givers perform the following services on a daily basis:
1. Dispense and monitor medications.
2. Monitor vital signs.
3. Communicate with the family.
4. Assist with personal grooming and hygiene, meals, mobility and other activities of daily life.
Every inmate gets bed coffee very early, by 6:30 a.m. Personal hygiene routines are attended to. Breakfast comes after, at 8 a.m. After breakfast all the residents are given bath, either a regular bath or a sponge bath. By 9:30 a.m. physiotherapy session commences and the patients are taken outside to enjoy the sun. Then fruits and health drinks are served. After which they are taken back to their rooms. And later, by 1 p.m. lunch is served.
After lunch, the inmates take an afternoon siesta. In the evening, after tea and snacks, the patients are again taken out. Some are assisted to walk around and enjoy the serenity of the place. By 6 p.m. the inmates are back in and are served soups. Dinner is at 7:30 p.m. Bedtime is 9 p.m.
